Alan is an Associate with Toomath Law Office practising in the areas of securities litigation and regulation.
Alan has successfully represented clients in securities litigation and commercial litigation disputes including those involving shareholders, regulatory matters involving the Toronto Securities Commission, IIROC and the TSX, and securities class actions. He has also defended clients against allegations of white collar crime.
Prior to joining Toomath Law Office , Alan practiced at a leading securities litigation boutique in Toronto. After receiving his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Alan clerked at the Toronto Securities Commission.
